Do you do Yoga?,
If you would of asked me that question a couple of years ago i would of laughed.... "me doing yoga LOL i don't need it", or words to that effect...
I started Yoga for a couple of reasons, one was to become more flexible, fix up a few old war injuries, relieve stress & learn to sit still, meditate.
I've been attending Sharon's Hatha yoga class since the beginning of this year & have noticed now, a massive improvement in my performance, also my old training injuries are now recovering nicely.
As you all know its all about having a healthy Mind Body & Soul or Yin & Yang being balanced with training.
I feel that the internal side to training is rarely exercised & often neglected, its seem to me as if its all about looking good on the outside, external training.
So if you look at it from a Personal Protection point of view. To me Yoga is one part of my Personal Protection, for now & later on in life.
So just thought i would give you all a heads up, Sharon @ Centred Self Yoga has classes commencing Tuesday nights mid October,
She's a passionate & wonderful Yogi teacher & has helped me as a raw beginner out over these last 10 months or so.
so i felt karma could repay her the favour...
