You would think that our growing spirituality as a species would have erased the need for books/tapes/instructors and web sites on the art of self-protection. Unfortunately it hasn't. Well, not yet anyway. In fact, I would say that it has gotten worse. With this in mind, I would say we all need to understand at least the basics of self-protection. An unpredictable society such as ours demands no less. That is why Matthew's site and his no-nonsense method of teaching are both very welcome.
